Back to the Teapot

I am very proud and excited to report that I have a new baby.  A restaurant that is.  (More work than a baby I must say)

Let me explain.  I have recently bought a restaurant!!!  In fact it is practically the only restaurant in my little town of Boxborough Massachusetts! (If you don't count the local hotel)   It is called

The Teapot Tea Room

 and it is located at 61 Stow Road in Boxborough.  You can see the place on the web at

I am hoping to bring the same philosophy of cooking - simple,  fresh,  seasonal ingredients,  to my restaurant menu.

We are open for lunch Wednesday through Saturday  and for traditional high tea at 2:30 on the same days.

RESERVATIONS are recommended for lunch and REQUIRED for tea (I will only make enough tea trays as per my reservations)

I have gotten quite an education in tea in the past few weeks and also in restaurant and retail management.  Everything they say is true.  It is so much work!!!!   But I am very proud of the place and I hope that if you live nearby you will give us a chance.  Or if you are ever in the neighborhood.....

I will be serving many of the dishes you have seen me make on television.
