For the Guacamole,  I use the packets of premashed avocado that is already well seasoned and available at Trader Joe's or Costco.  They are delicious and you can keep them in the freezer!

To make the guacamole taste even fresher and more delicious I add the following:

Chopped Fresh Tomatoes

Chopped Fresh Cilantro

The Juice of A Few Limes

Serve with chips,  fresh veggies or in cucumber cups.

For the cups,  cut the cucumbers in approx 1 - 1 1/2 inch sections.  Find a fancy edged circular cutter at your local kitchen store.  If you don't want to do that,  simply peel the cuke sections and then with a melon baller,  scoop out the seeded middle of the cucumbers.  Fill these with guacamole and garnish.

Garnishing tip -  Your garnish should always make sense and be edible.  It is preferable most times to garnish with something that is in the dish already or that goes particularly well with it.  For the guacamole for example,  I might garnish with a small piece of chopped tomato (for color) and a small cilantro leaf.  And you can stick a small tortilla chip on the top as well!  Enjoy!
