I apologize to my viewers.  There has been a delay in my new shows.  However,  coming soon to a television near you will be TWO NEW SHOWS!!

The first will be a very special demonstration of sushi making with my friend and past employer  chef Jason Cohen.  Jason,  formerly of Grappa Restaurant in Maynard,  now works at the Sole Proprietor as,  you guessed it,  the sushi chef.   I was thrilled when he agreed to take time away from his busy schedule to make a fabulous sushi/sashimi meal for my friend Suzanne and me.  So look for the show soon!!!

We also just taped a second show where we made a very special lasagna with 2 sauces - bechamel and bolognese.   It is creamy and meaty and delicious!!!  On the show,  we begin a discussion of classical sauces  which I hope you will find informative.  The recipe for this fabulous dish, which I first made in cooking school,  will be available on the recipe page very soon.

Recently,  I gave a presentation to the Boxborough Garden Club

It was called   Cooking with Herbs and Flowers.   It was a lot of fun for me and we all learned a lot and ate well!!  If you would like a copy of the presentation,  please click here.
